Traditional Okinawan dishes

The day I had free time to tidy up my pantry. I remember the food in Ishigaki island. I made Chanpuru, Tebichi and Jyusi.

Chanpuru means mixing ingredients. To stir-fry vegetables with other ingredients is common to chanpuru dishes. Tebichi is simmered pig’s fwet. Jyusi is an Okinawan rice gruel meal.
