Cooking class in October

Today's guests were an American couple from San Francisco.

They were very interested in Japanese food and ingredients and asked many questions. I hope they are interested in Japanese cooking and that my class will help them to love Japan even more.

Today's menu that we made.

  • Tempura

  • Sunomono(Japanese style cucumber and shrimp salad)

  • Goma-ae(spinach with sesame dressing)

  • Inarizushi

I served Soba noodles with hot soup, eggplant with miso souce, Daifuku mochi and Japanese persimmon.
