Today's guest is from Singapore. She is very good at Japanese and love traveling Japan.
She often comes Japan but it's the first to take a cooking class. There wasn't another guest so I asked her that I can't hold a class on the day, however she wanted to take a class even it will be privete lesson.
So I accepted her booking then we enjoyed cooking together.
She gave me her requests, making kimpira, Chicken miso-yaki.
We make several dishes.
*Chicken marinated with miso paste
*Kimpira lotus root(fried lotus root)
*Chawan-mushi(Japanese style egg custard)
*Clear soup
I served several dishes too.
*Japanese daikon radish salad with deep-fried tofu
*Takenoko gohan(mixed rice with bamboo shoot)
*Goma-ae(spinach with sesame dressing)
*Simmered bamboo shoot with chicken
*Fish cake and Mitsuba with wasabi mayonnaise
*Strawberry and shiratama with red beans paste
It took long time to cook them but we enjoyed.
