Cooking class in November 2022

Cooking class for the first time in a long time, maybe three years. Due to COVID-19 foreign tourists didn't come to Japan at all, so I couldn't do a cooking class.

However the border opened to foreign tourists recently.

I luckily had a class yesterday.

She is Chinese, but she is living in USA long time. She said she tried many Japanese dishes and wanted to know more tips on Japanese cooking.

I did tell her as much as I can.

Anyway, Even though my English skills were declining, it was fun to be able to cook together.
