Cooking class in July 3


Cooking class with guests from South Korea. A couple and a mother with a daughter, two groups.

Two of them are very good to speak Japanese, so I don’t need to speak in English. We talked in Japanese during the class.

We made a kind of tempura, sushi shaped a box, egg rolls, salad, Japanese style egg custard.

They have some similar dishes in Korea, but taste and ingredients are different, so I think they enjoyed the dishes.
