Today's guests were a couple from Germany and Austria who are living and working in Kitakyusyu. They love Japanese food and know a lot of information about Japanese dishes and ingredients. They requested to make Saikyo-yaki and Daifuku. We need to make Saikyo-yaki for 4-5 days, because it is marinated with Saikyo miso paste for 4-5 days. So we marinated salmon fillets with miso paste and keep it in refrigerator, then we grilled fillets it that I prepared it 5 days ago. We didn't have enough time to make red beans paste. We used Anko(red beans paste what I made before(kept in freezer)
They enjoyed cooking and tasting Japanse dishes at my class. Thank you for coming today.
