Cooking Class in January 2023-1

It's been a long time since I had a cooking class for four people. From Germany and France. We made deep-fried lotus roots with shrimp, Japanese-style cucumber salad, spinach with sesame dressing, miso soup, and mochi together.

They are studying art in Fukuoka.They were interested in Japanese food and had a lot of questions about ingredients, how to use them.

It was a precious time for us.
