Cooking class in January 2023-2

Today's guests were two men and a woman from Germany, USA and South Korea.

A man from Germany is studying art in Fukuoka, the other man from USA is traveling around Japan.

A woman from South Korea is working in USA and she is good at Japanese. They were very friendly and had a pleasant conversation.

We made Teriyaki yellow tail, Chawanmushi(Japanese style egg custard), Furofukidaikon(simmered daikon radish with miso sauce), Squid and cucumber salad with sesame dressing and Miso soup with deep-fried tofu and daikon radish. I served steamed rice and Daifuku-mochi.
