Cooking class in February-2 2019


Cooking class with Korean girls today.

They requested making Sukiyaki and Japanese style egg rolls.

There are two types of making Sukiyaki, Kanto(East side of Japan) and Kansai(West side of Japan) style.

We made Kansai style, because my mother made it Kansai style. This is very simple to use sugar, sake and soy sauce, but the process is very impotant for making good Sukiyaki.

I hope they enjoyed making them and tasting Japanese dishes.
