Cooking class in August 3


Today’s guests are three sisters from Hong Kong and one woman from South Korea.

They requested me to make rolled beef with vegetables and Japanese style potato salad.Also we made Japanese soup stocks, salad with sesame dressing, miso soup.I served marinated summer vegetables with tentsuyu(tempura dipping sauce) and red beans jelly.

They were good at cooking, and they enjoyed Japanese dishes that they made.

Korean guest has an experience to take Japanese cooking course in Korea, so she has lots of knowledge of Japanese cuisine.


I hope they would be back to Hong Kong and Seoul safely and enjoy cooking my recipes with wonderful memories from Fukuoka.
