Cooking class in August 2

Today's class was with a family of three from Hong Kong. I was worried about their participation, because a typhoon has approached to Kyushu yesterday.

In spite of heavy rain, they joined the class.

They requested me making Tempura and Japanese egg rolls.Also we made Japanese soup stocks, salad with miso dressing. I served string beans with sesame dressing, soup and red beans jelly.

They were good at cooking, and they enjoyed Japanese dishes that they made.

I hope they would be back to Hong Kong safely and enjoy cooking my recipes with wonderful memories from Fukuoka.
