Today’s guests were couple from Germany who work at a restaurant in New Zealand.
They knew I was in Auckland. We talked a lot of NZ. Queens town, Milford sounds, Auckland.
He is a chef, so he cooked very well and really interested in all ingredients what I prepared. He tasted all, mirin, sake, mitsuba, shiso leaves so on.
We made sushi, vegetables with tofu dressing, daikon radish salad with miso dressing, dash stock, and strawberry mochi with red beans paste..
