Cooking class with guests from France. One of them is coming in Japan as working holiday, now they are traveling during her off.
He is really interested in Japanese foods, ingredients and cooking tips.
They are vegetarian, so I chose deep-fried tofu with vegetables, tofu dressing salad, sesame dressing salad and miso soup. I used dried shiitake mushrooms for our soup stocks.
