Cooking class in November 3

Today’s guests were from New York and Hong Kong. They are family members traveling Kyushu. They requested me going shopping before the cooking class.
We made Takikomi gohan(mixed rice), deep-fried lotus root with shrimp paste, Japanese style salad with sesame dressing, clear soup.
I served spinach with sesame, simmered pumpkin with minced chicken sauce and manjyu (steamed bun with red beans paste and chestnuts).
We went shopping before the class(with extra charge) and looked around the market with my explanation. They have a lot of knowledge to Japanese food. Lots of talking and laughing. Thank you for coming to my cooking class.
