Cooking class with a family from Washington DC and Philippines. Their requested Tempura, so we made it, egg rolls, sushi rolls, salad with sesame dressing. And I served simmered pumpkin with shrimp sauce Inari-zushi and rice cakes with red beans paste and chestnut. They love Japanese food, so they asked many questions about Japanese ingredients.
