Cooking class in November 2


Cooking class with a couple from Singapore. They requested a lot of Japanese dishes with extra fee. We made Tempura, Tonkatsu, egg rolls, Niku jyaga, sushi rice, miso soup and mochi with red beans paste and chestnut.

They wanted to know Japanese dishes from scratch, especially miso soup and sushi rice. I taught them as much as I could.

It took long time to finish all of the dishes, they are very patient cooking.

They had good technique to cook. Their egg rolls were nice shape. They said they would buy a special egg rolls pan during this trip.

They are traveling around north part of Kyushu. They love to have Sashimi, but it’s very expensive in Singapore. We are happy to get very fresh sashimi in Fukuoka or other place. I hope they enjoy plenty of sashimi during this trip. See you again soon 😊
