Cooking class in October 1

Today’s guests were from Hawaii. We went to shopping before the class and bought our ingredients. We enjoyed talking and cooking together. We made Tonkatsu, Vegetable with tofu dressing, Kimpira renkon, miso soup. And I served Daikon salad, Manjyu and steamed rice.
They have lots of knowledge to Japanese ingredients and culture.
Furthermore I was so impressed, because they brought heartwarming gifts from Hawaii to me.
We'll promised to meet us up in Hawaii.
