The guests were a family from Hong Kong. They love Japanese cuisine, but it is very expensive in Hong Kong, they said.
They preferred cooking home style dishes.
We made Chicken teriyaki, Inarizushi, Japanese style salad and Chawan-mushi. They requested me to make sushi roll during the class, so we arranged sushi rice to rolled sushi. I hope they enjoyed cooking at my place. However they put their comments to Google map. I appreciate it.
