Cooking class in May 2


Today’s guests were from Canada and Germany. One couple and two men were traveling Fukuoka and Kyushu areas.

One of them was vegetarian, so I arranged some vegetarian dishes and soup stock for him.

We made 4 dishes below.

Teriyaki(salmon, deep-fried tofu)

Vegetabeles with tofu dressing

Inari-zushi(stuffed puff sushi)

Clear soup

I served Daikon and carrot salad, Atsu-age dengaku, Yomogi-mochi.
