Cooking class in May

Today’s guests were from Hong Kong who travel Kyushu.
They requested a lot of dishes and they reserved whole class for them with extra charge.
They were shooting during cooking and tasting like a TV program.
We made dishes below.
Tonkatsu(Japanese Pork Cutlets),
Katsu-ni
Karaage
Niku-jaga(braised beef and potato)
Spinach with sesame dressing
Chawan-mushi
I served Japanese style salad with sesame dressing Steamed rice, Miso soup Mizu-youkan.
