Today’s guests were from Canada, a mother and daughter.
They really like Japanese dishes.
They requested Katsu-don. But I always serve it separately, steamed rice and the top of Katsura-don(simmered pork cutlet with onion and egg).
We made dishes below.
Katsu-ni
Spinach with sesame dressing
Sukabu(Turnap salad)
Miso soup with daikon radish and deep-fried tofu
I served Dengaku(grilled egg plant with miso paste) Nanohana no karasi-ae Steamed rice Ichigo daifuku .
