Cooking class in June 2


Today’s guests were from London and South Korea.

The man is our friend who taught us English 15 years ago and travelling Japan for one month.

The woman is travelling Kyusyu, she visited several times in Japan.

We made 5 dishes below:

  • Chicken Teriyaki

  • Sushi roll

  • Egg roll

  • Japanese style salad with sesame dressing

  • Clear soup

I served Nasu-dengaku(griled eggplant with miso paste), Mochi with roasted soy beans powder and brown syrup.
