Cooking class in June


Today’s guests were a family from Singapore, a couple and their mother and son, 9 years old.

The boy wanted to try every process.

We made 4 dishes below.

  • Tonkatsu(Japanese Pork Cutlets)

  • Kimpira renkon(fried lotus root)

  • Deep-fried tofu

  • Miso soup with tofu and wakame seaweed

I served yakinasu(grilled egg plant), Steamed rice, Yomogi-mochi.
