Today’s guest was from Israel who studies Japanese in Fukuoka.
He has some break on his job and come to Fukuoka to study Japanese.
We made dishes below.
Salmon teriyaki
Deep-fried tofu
Japanese style cucumber and prawn salad
Miso soup with daikon radish and deep-fried tofu
I served Strings beans sesame dressing, Steamed rice, Mizu-youkan.
