Cooking class in January-4

The guests were a couple and a woman from Hong Kong yesterday.
The couple are not Hong Kong people, they are from Belarus and Russia and work there.
It was first time that Belarus and Russia people joined to my cooking class.
I should count how many countries people joined to my class.
And the woman was born in Hong Kong and studied in USA.
The couple also were living in USA, so they were talking with each other very well.
We make 5 dishes below:
Chicken Teriyaki
Sushi roll
Egg roll
Squid and cucumber with sesame dressing
Clear soup
And I served Furofuki daikon(Simmered daikon radish with miso sauce), Nanohana no karasi-ae, Yaki daifuku.
It was difficult to make egg rolls, but they tried many times. So they said they need to buy a square pan for egg roll. Let's practice!!
