Cooking class in December-3 & 4



It was first time to have two cooking class on one day. The guest was from France and he is studying Japanese in Fukuoka University. He speaks very good Japanese, so we made dishes with Japanese. He asked so many questions about Japanese food, cooking, culture so on. The second class guests are from Hong Kong. They are travelling Kyusyu for 11 days. We enjoyed cooking and talking together. They also asked me about ingredient, seasoning a lot. I had explained about Wasyoku and Ichijyu sansai(one soup and three dishes). I should study more about Japanese culture to answer to my guests' questions.
