Cooking class in October-2

I had a cooking class with a man from Holland.
He is travelling Kyusyu now. He enjoyed travelling to Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Kitakyusyu with JR ticket for travellers.
We went to shopping to a local supermarket before the class and I've explained about Japanese food and seasonings.
We made 4 dishes below.
Salmon teriyaki
Deep-fried tofu
Japanese style cucumber and prawn salad
Miso soup with daikon radish and deep-fried tofu
I served Spinach with sesame dressing, Steamed rice, Kuri manjyu.
We had lunch what we made together, then talked a lot.
His wife is coming today, and he'll continue their travelling a few more days.
I hope he and his wife would be enjoy the rest of their holidays in Japan.
