Today's guests were two couples from U.S.A.
They are working in Fukuoka as English teachers.
I chose to make Japanese dishes below.
Deep-fried tofu with vegetables
Kimpira renkon(fried lotus root)
Squid and cucumber with sesame dressing
Miso soup with potato and wakame
I served Tsukune(chicken meat ball), Steamed rice, Kuri daifuku(rice cake with red beans paste and chestnut paste).
They are interested in Japanese food, I hope I had answered to their questions well.
However two couples first met each other, but they enjoyed talking together. I felt that I had to follow their communication skills.
It made me very happy that they were talking together.
I hope they enjoy Fukuoka life during their residence.
