Today's guests are two couples from UK and USA. They were travelling around Japan.
We went to go to shopping to a local supermarket. I explained about Japanese ingredients, soy sauce, miso, tofu so on. We bought grapes that it is very popular for desert it's called Kyoho.
They were really interested in Japanese food, so I've enjoyed talking with them.
We made 5 dishes below.
Deep-fried lotus root and eggplant with shrimp paste
Inari-zushi(stuffed puff sushi)
Egg custard
Japanese style salad with sesame dressing
Clear soup
I served 2 more dishes. Kimpira renkon(fried lotus root) and Imo youkan(a bar of sweet potato).
They were very friendly, so they were talking a lot each other. I've felt happiness when I looked that.
