Cooking class in September-1

I had a cooking class today with 4 guests, two couples.
One of them is from Hong Kong coming Fukuoka for shopping and sightseeing around Kyusyu.
Another couple is from Germany who are travelling Japan.
All of them are very friendly people. Despite their first meeting, they enjoyed the conversation.
We made 4 dishes below.
Tempura
Squid and cucumber with sesame dressing
Simmered pumpkin
Miso soup with tofu and wakame seaweed
I served Kimpira renkon(fried lotus root),Steamed rice, and hand-made Youkan.
They asked me a lot of question about ingredients, cooking tips of Japanese cooking.
I hope they enjoyed cooking class and would make some Japanese dishes at their place.
It is my happiness that people who are first meeting each other are having good time together at my place.
