Today's guest was from Florida who is working in Shanghai as an English teacher.
It was last day in Japan, so she was really keen to take a cooking class.
We made 4 dishes below.
Chicken Teriyaki
Sushi roll
Strings beans sesame dressing
Clear soup
I served Japanese style salad with squid and cucumber, simmered pumpkin, Mizu-youkan.
I hope she enjoyed cooking and tasting Japanese dishes.
Her next destination is Busan, South Korea to catch up with her friends.
