Cooking class in July

Today's guests are a couple from Auckland, New Zealand.
They are travelling from Tokyo to Fukuoka, then they had choose my cooking class.
They had already enjoyed lots of Japanese food. So I we made 4 dishes below.
Kawari-age (Deep-fried Seafood with variation of batter)
Inari-zushi(stuffed puff sushi)
Japanese style salad with sesame dressing
Clear soup
I served spinach with sesame dressing, simmerd bamboo shoot, hand made umegae mochi.
I've been to New Zealand 4 times, so I'm really happy to talk about New Zealand with them.
I'm really missing there.
They said they bought some Japanese style dishes or table wears after the class.
I hope they will be back their home town safely.
And enjoy to cook Japanese dishes at home.
