Today's guests are 2 French men who are living in Montreal, Canada and a Japanese-American woman from California.
They are travelling Fukuoka and found my cooking class.
We made dishes below.
Tempura
Kimpira renkon(fried lotus root)
Japanese style salad with sesame dressing
Miso soup with potato and wakame
I served Steamed rice, Simmerd Pumpkin with shrimp sauce and Umegae-mochi(grilled mochi).
We had a lot of process making dishes. They asked many questions about Japanese ingredients, cooking tips and culture. I'm happy if I could answer about their questions.
