Cooking class in May

I had cooking class with a man from Slovenia. It's the first time to talk to Slovenian. He is very frank and told me many topics about his country. It seemed very beautiful country.
He is travelling Fukuoka during his holidays.
We made 4 dishes: ・Rolled chicken with vegetables ・Thick omelette
・Japanese cucumber salad with prawn ・Miso soup with tofu and wakame seaweed
And I served steamed rice, simmered bamboo shoot, Ichigo daifuku(rice cake with strawberry) .
He is really interested in Japanese dishes and good at cooking, so we enjoyed cooking together.
I hope he would enjoy the rest of his holidays in Fukuoka.
