Cooking class in April-2 2017

I had cooking class with a woman from Malaysia. She is travelling North Kyusyu area during her holiday. We went to a local supermarket before the class.
She asked me a lot of things about Japanese food. She seemed very happy with shopping.
We made 4 dishes:
Salmon teriyaki
Dashimaki-tamago (thick omlets with dashi stock)
Japanese style cucumber and kanikama(fish cake)salad
Miso soup with potato and wakame seaweed
I served,
Steamed rice
Simmered bamboo shoot and chicken
Ichigo daifuku(strawberry in rice cake) and Strawberry
She is a pharmaceutical assistant in Malaysia. She is learning Japanese in her town, so she tried to read Japanese letters. We will keep in touch with using some Japanese letters I hope she enjoy the rest of her travel and shopping. See you again soon.
