Cooking Class in January 2017


Today's guests are two couples from Hong Kong. They are travelling in Kyusyu and enjoy shopping.

We made 4 dishes below.

Tempura

Inari-zushi(stuffed puff sushi)

Japanese style salad with sesame dressing

Clear soup

And I served,

Simmered Pumpkin

Spinach with sesame dressing

Kimpira renkon(fried lotus root)

Daifuku mochi and Strawberry

I hope they would enjoy Japanese dishes after being back to home.
