Cooking class in April 2017

I had cooking class with a woman from Hong Kong. She is travelling Kyusyu area during her holiday. We went to a local supermarket before the class.
She asked me a lot of things about Japanese food, then she bought soy sauce, Japanese citrus dressing, rice so on. She seemed very happy with shopping.
We made 4 dishes:
Niku-jaga(braised beef and potato)
Dashimaki-tamago(thick omelette with dashi stock)
Kimpira gobo(fried burdock)
Miso soup with tofu and wakame seaweed
I served,
Steamed rice
Squid and cucumber with sesame dressing
Ichigo daifuku and Strawberry
She is a geographic teacher in Hong Kong. She is really interested in Japanese food, plates, and a pan for Japanese style thick omelette. She asked me where she can get them.
