Cooking Class in November 2016 part 2

Today's guests are a couple from Princeton, New Jersey, USA.
They are travelling around Japan.
They requested the for vegetarian.
So we made dishes below.
・Tempura(vegetable)
・Vegetables with tofu dressing
・Simmered pumpkin
・Kenchin-jiru (Miso soup with vegetables and tofu)
And I served turnip salad, mixed rice with mushrooms and kombu, Pear.
We had many process to finish those dishes. They are really interested in Japanese food and kitchen wear.
I enjoyed to answer their questions, but it's difficult to answer to all the questions.
I thought I need to learn more how to answer the questions what they want to know about Japan.
I hope they would enjoy the rest of their trip in Japan.
