Cooking Class in November

I had cooking class with a man from Philippine. He is travelling Fukuoka during his holidays with his friends.
We made 4 dishes: ・Rolled chicken with vegetables ・Agedashi-tofu(deep-fried tofu) ・Hourensou no goma-ae(spinach with sesame paste dressing) ・Miso soup with tofu and wakame seaweed
And I served Japanese style turnip salad, cold tofu, Japanese pickles, persimmon and pear.
He is really interested in Japanese dishes and good at cooking, so we enjoyed cooking together.
I hope he would enjoy the rest of his holidays in Fukuoka.
