Today's class:
The guest was from Belgium and she is studying in Fukuoka.
She ordered me to make obento(Japanese style lunch box).
We made dishes below:
・Beef roll with vegetables
・Dashimaki-tamago(thick omlets with dashi stock)
・Stings beans with sesame dressing
・Simmerd pumpkin
I served Potato salad, Kimpira renkon(fried lotus root), Japanese pickles, Daifuku(soft round rice cake with red bean paste), Persimmon.
And then we packed those dishes in lunch box and taste it.
I hope she enjoyed cooking.
