Cooking lesson in July. Today's guests are from Chicago in US and his friend. He was planning a surprise present to her birthday at my cooking class. I've heard about it during our contact on mail. He offered me to make Tempura and sushi roll. Today's menu what we make: ... 1. Tempura 2. Sushi roll 3. Japanese style cucumber salad 4. Clear soup I served simmered pumpkin with minced chicken sauce, spinach with black sesame dressing, Godofu(a type of bean curd made from soy milk), red bean jelly.
