Cooking class in June part 2

I had cooking class with a man from Hong kong. He is travelling Kyusyu area during his holiday.
We made 4 dishes: ・Rolled chicken with vegetables... ・Kimpira gobo (stir-fried burdock) ・Japanenese style salad with sesame dressing ・Steamed rice ・Miso soup with tofu
And I served simmered dried daikon radish, Japanenese pickles, Rice-flour dumplings with brown sugar syrup.
He is a mathematics teacher in high school so that he is really interested in education level in Japan. He asked me where he can get a mathematics book.
He'll join a lesson day after tomorrow, too.I'm looking forward to seeing him again.
